REGIONAL
SERVICES COUNCIL LEVY MODULE
Levy
module maintains all the details of an institution
liable for payment of ‘Services’ levy on salary
or ‘Establishment’ levy on turnover. The system
produces detailed accounts showing the exact
calculation of levies. All transactions influencing
an account, including receipts or journals processed
during the previous month are reflected on the
consumer’s account. Miscellaneous billings are
also catered for.
2.
FINANCIAL LEDGER MODULE
The ledger application receives journals from the
Billing, Receipting and Payroll applications. It
provides for a wide range of manual accounting
journal entries, with flexible ledger and financial
statement structuring.
3.
RECEIPTING OF CASH MODULE
The Receipting application allows the receipting of
cash on a PC in place of a cash register. The
receipting may be used as an independent module or
may be used fully integrated with the Billing
application.
4.
CREDITORS & STORES MODULE
System provides computerized resources to manage
order entry, creditor management, payment and
fully-fledged stock control for a local authority. A
small store managed on the basis of multiple issues
and receipts can also be handled with the system.

PAYROLL MODULE
This application provides efficient processing of
weekly and monthly payrolls. It is fully integrated
with the Ledger application.
6.
CONSOLIDATED BILLING MODULE
The system keeps full detail of a consumer's account
and status. The system produces detailed accounts
showing the exact calculation of consumption and
other charges. All transactions influencing an
account are reflected on the consumer's account.
7.
COSTING MODULE
Provides Costing management, controls and
operational functions for a local authority
including vehicle costing, project costing and
labour or plant utilisation.
8.
CAPITOL PROJECT BUDGETING AND MANAGEMENT MODULE
Tool for preparing capital budgets over a period of
five years. Allows for the prioritising of projects
according to weighting criteria selected by users at
a local authority. Budgets so created are integrated
with the Financial ledger for reporting of actuals
year to date.
9.
VALUATION MODULE
The Valuation Module provides functions for the
municipal Valuator to build up the full data base of
properties within a local authority.
10.
RESORT RESERVATION MODULE
This Module provides functions for the day to day,
monthly and yearly functions for the running of a
resort. The system is scalable onto any Windows
platform whether it is single user, peer to peer or
client server technology.
